Xinxing is far ahead regarding improving the production process in a sustainable way. We have invested a lot to become a leader in the industry caring about our future and our globe.

Solar panel roof.
As you can imagine, we consume a lot of electricity. To compensate this, we have installed many solar panels on our factory roof. This results in the fact that we now produce 50% of needed electricity ourselves! We are working hard to improve this number even more in the near future.
Waste water and air filters.
All waste water from our production and cooling processes are filtered before release to waste system or re-used multiple time to minimize pollution to the fullest.
Smoke and fumes coming from welding are distracted right away and filtered before release. This ensures clean air environment also for our workers.
When you are able to visit our factory, we are more then happy to show you all the procedures we follow to work lean and mean and clean.
Our factory is based in a beautiful rural area in the mountains, you will love to see our location, we love to keep it clean!
Recycled Raw materials
As we have also a lot of waste raw materials, we supply all of this back to our supplier.
We carefully collect and divide the different materials before we do so. This material is re-used as much as possible, due to this; we can use raw material supply with 50% recycled materials. This procedure is not for profit wins, it is actually quite costly, but it is needed! The more we do this, the better it is!
We are more then happy to advise you where we are able to supply your raw material parts with recycled use. This is an important factor for you to share with your customers and make everyone aware that we all care about the future!
